Two referral stages

Before paid membership: hop 10 waitlist positions each time someone signs up with your referral link.

First qualifying paid referral: both firms receive one month of their respective base-plan value, released across 12 months. Each subsequent qualifying referral gives the referred firm one month of base value and the referrer 10% of its current base for eligible months within 12 months. Earned excess balances carry forward; optional services are excluded. See the billing terms for qualification and cancellation details.

Referral benefits can stack, but your base-plan charge never falls below $0. Any amount that cannot be applied to a month’s base-plan charge carries forward for use on future base-plan bills. Standard client upgrades, Bank Connectivity and other add-ons are outside these base-plan benefits.

The live program will need attribution, eligibility, timing and abuse-prevention terms.

How paid referral credits would work

A referred professional qualifies after their first successful payment remains unrefunded for 30 days; self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify. Normal later cancellation does not claw back credit already earned. Disclose the referral incentive when publicly recommending CatSimba.
The first referral’s one-month base-plan credit is fixed from each person’s base price at qualification and released over 12 paid billing cycles.
For later referrals, the referee receives a one-month base-plan credit starting with the next invoice. The referrer’s 10% is calculated on the base tier actually billed in each of 12 eligible paid cycles. Future cycles pause only if the referrer’s own subscription is inactive and resume on reactivation. A plan change updates future percentage amounts, not credit already earned.
Apply stacked benefits against the base-plan charge only, never below $0. Unused earned value does not expire because of cancellation or a plan change and remains available on reactivation; display the balance and history. It is a non-cash base-plan credit.

Final terms for referral qualification, inactive accounts, account closure and misuse will be available before the paid referral program launches.
